前半の水がなくて困ってたのはいったいなんだったんだろう（笑） さて、本日はエステタイムを使ってのおうちで簡単エステを教えます。
お風呂上りにエステタイムを２〜３プッシュだして顔から首にしっかり塗りこみます。
